Year 3 & 4 Speed Stacking Competition
On Tuesday 17th January, eight year 3s and eight year 4s went along to Swadelands School to compete in a Speedstacks competition. Considering we only started training for the event after the Christmas holidays, I have to say how incredibly speedy and skilled these children are! We had four teams competing and out of eight teams in total we claimed the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th spots! Our teams represented us with complete team work and fair play. They were a true credit to St John’s. Congratulations to all who took part.
Team 1: Joseph Ming, James Taylor, Charlotte Tanner, Katlyn Pope
Team 2: Sophie Chapman, Nikola Sikora, Daniel Gee, Matthew Hein
Team 3: Daniel Wallis, Samuel Fletcher, Hannah Ely, Pippa Drysdale
Team 4: Finley Pick, Austin Pavey, Lucy Phillips, Mia Mannering.
