To round off our term, we were set a task to move a magnetic object further away or closer to us! We all managed to succeed!
We had a science investigation day and our activities were all about forces! We worked together to discover more!
We had a great time learning about enterprise and making a profit during maths week. Our decorated eggs sold out very quickly!
We had the opportunity to tell our parents about Reading Vipers and really enjoyed some cosy reading time!
We love reading to the younger children and really take care of them well!
To complete our topic, Warburtons visited to make healthy sandwiches with us.
We enjoyed singing with Gospel Touch.
At the end of term 1 we enjoyed Book week. We 'Jumped into the frame' of one of the paintings by Georges Seurat. We planned stories, worked with year 1 and created our own paintings using pointillism.
As part of our topic- Where does our food come from, we visited the farm at Valley Park.
